Overwhelmed!

Do you have a Goal? A Project?  A Dream?  Does it feel so big that you can’t even start?  I completely understand.

I have this really cool business called Karmic’s Healing and at times it completely overwhelms me.  If I could spend each day only doing healings, teaching classes and meditating; I’d be blissfully happy. However a business has all these other things to do before I can get to that point.  (I WILL get to that point.  I said daily affirmations for it).

I have heard and have often said myself “I just don’t know how to make it happen”.  It’s that middle step that I think trips up so many people.   Whether you are opening a business, losing weight, cleaning the garage; it seems really hard to make big things happen.

So let me tell you the things I’ve started to do:

The first thing I had to look at is how I felt about success and the beliefs I have around it.  Do I believe I deserve it?  Really look at how I felt.  Where did it come from?  Is this really a fact?  Probably not.  This weakens the limiting belief.

Then I started in with my affirmations.  I make this statement in the present.  I’m thankful for it already happening.  I FEEL it with my entire body.

THEN (this is the big part) I wrote out my goals, then what things I needed to have happen to make that goal.  I broke my goal into 3 smaller goals, then listed 3 things to make the smaller goals happen. Then each day I schedule out my days and I do 1 or 2 things to move me toward one goal.

Sounds too simple right?  Of course it does because life isn’t complicated, we just make it that way.  What is your dream?  What is your goal?  I’d love to hear what you are planning.
