Still Grieving my pet
2 years ago on Earth Day I lost my Sweet Baby Girl. She was the best Cat ever and I was blessed to have her 21 years. (21 human years! I’ll make another blog about pet healing)
2 years and a part of me thinks I should be over it by now. Another part of me thinks I shouldn’t still be grieving an animal. Then I have another thought…
F&#K that!! I lost someone I love. Animal or not, Love is Love and Loss is Loss.
So today more so I remember her. I laugh at the memories then I end up in tears because I miss her. She visits me sometimes and I still don’t know if it’s good for me or not. I love to feel her energy but it breaks my heart to not be able to hold her.
This was when she showed me I was a healer
I don’t feel strong. I feel a little broken and very sad.
I believe that we never stop missing those we lose, animals or humans. We only get used to missing them. Anniversary’s and Birthday’s are hard dates.
