What can Numerology tell you?

Numerology can tell you a lot about you, your life and what kind of year you are going to be having.

First of all what is it anyway?

According to Wikipedia it is “Numerology is any belief in the divine, mystical relationship between a number and one or more coinciding events. It is also the study of the numerical value of the letters in words, names and ideas. It is often associated with the paranormal, alongside astrology and similar divinatory arts.”

I know what you really wanna know is…tell me about me!  Okay!! Let’s start out simple.  I’ll have additional posts that go in a little deeper in the future.

We have a life path number and a personal year number.   Here is how you find your life path number.

Take your birthday, If you were born August 16, 1956.   Take each number and add it together like this.   (note this isn’t my birthday :))

8 (Month you were born) + (day your you were born) 1+6 (year you were born) 1+9+5+6

8+1+6+1+9+5+6 = 36  3+6 = 9    Life path number is 9.
(Numerology always reduces the number down to 1 number.  The exceptions to this are 11, 22 and 33).

So that would be the theme for your how life generally flows.

Your personal year number is what year you are in right now.

There is some difference of opinions on when your personal year starts. Many people believe it starts in January, but that doesn’t make logical sense to me.   YOUR year changes when you were born.  I’m not a year older in January, I have to wait for my birthday in August.

It’s the same as above except you add the year you had your last birthday in.   If you were born in December and it’s October you would use last year’s number.

8+1+6+2+0+1+6 = 24  2+4 = 6 year.
